Investigation of the Changes in Extinction Spectrum of Modern Chlorine-Containing Photosensitizing Drugs under the Visible Light Action

The paper presents the results of a study extinction spectra (350–900 nm) aqueous solutions modern chlorine-containing photosensitizing drugs for photodynamic therapy “Chloderm" (Chloderm, Russia) and "Chloderm with hyaluronic acid" before after irradiation by visible light wavelengths 405 nm, 450 656±10 exposure time 0–20 min intensity 0–200 mW/cm 2 . It is demonstrated that addition acid does not deform shape spectrum drug but reduces its absorption in proportion to drop concentration photosensitizer drug. Photodynamic action investigated range parameters leads slight decrease coefficient both at exposure, significantly deforms Qy 00 band (600–700 nm), thereby changing ratio monomers tetramers drugs.
